STATEMENT OF FAITH
Trusting God's Word
WE BELIEVE:
(a. The Inspiration of scripture, the Bible is God – breathed and Prophecy to man as Holy men of God wrote through the leading of the Holy Ghost. The selected authors wrote with their own individual styles, vocabulary and grammar without error in the original documents. The Bible is the sole authority for faith and practice. 2P. !:21,21; 2 Tim. 3:16
(b. The Oneness of the Godhead. Father, Son and Holy Spirit. These are the three offices or titles of the same God. Deut. 6:4; Jn. 14:7-9;I Tim. 3:16; I Jn. 5:20; Mt. 28:19-20; Acts 2:38
(c. The Deity and Humanity of Jesus Christ that He is God, but took the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness, humbled Himself and became obedient to death on a cross. Jn. 1:1; Mt. 1:21-23; Phil. 2:5-11.
(d. The Fall of Man that Adam was created in the image of God, but fell as a result of disobedient, hence; all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Gen. 1:27; 3:1-24; Rom. 3:23; 6:23; 5:12
(e. The saving Redemption of man, and the resurrection of Jesus Christ that by grace we are saved through faith and without the shedding of blood, there’s no forgiveness of sin. Christ died and rose victoriously over death. He ascended on the right hand of the Father in Heaven as our High Priest and Gracious Mediator. Eph. 2:8-9; Heb. 9:22; I Cor. 15:3-4; Heb. 4:14; I Tim. 2:5
(f. The work of the Holy Spirit that He convicts an unbelieving world of sin, righteousness and judgment. He is the agent of the new birth. He seals, indwells, fills, guides and teaches believers. We followed strictly a five-fold ministry of Apostles, Prophets, Teachers, Pastors and Evangelists ……… we teach and practice the gifts and fruits of the spirit. Jn. 3:5; 14:16-17,26; 16:8-11; I Cor. 12:1; Gal. 5:22,23
(g. The responsibilities of every believer, to study, teach and live the apostles doctrine, fellowship, breaking of bread and prayer. Mt. 28:19-20; Acts 2:42-47; 2:28
(h. The second coming of Jesus, the Grace age, rapture, Daniel 70th weeks events, last days events in the book of Revelation. e.g. Millennium reign, the New Heaven and Earth. Daniel 9:25-27; Mt. chap. 24; Rev. 1:1-22:21

OUR PHILOSOPHY
PSALM 46
GOD is our refuge and strength at Home Refuge Ministry International.
No matter the troubles we faced or encounter daily in our Christian life, we are not shaken or moved to give up in faith.
Yes! We know that times of troubles shall come. The kingdom of Satan may rise up against us like a flood. However, there is no way whatsoever that we shall be defeated because our God is able and has already delivered us from the hands of our enemies.
We believe that with God all things are possible and those who put their trust in God are not disappointed or put to shame. People may marginalized us and call us
names of all kinds in the name of ridicules. Yet we shall not be moved because our saviour Jesus Christ has set us a perfect example of keeping silence and putting all His hope in God the perfect judge who is the author and finisher of our faith.
Though the earth be removed …. We will not fear!
Though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea …. We will not fear!
Though its waters roar and be troubled ….. We will not fear!
Though the mountain shake with its swelling …. We will not fear!
The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge! Therefore, we do not allow anything to disturb us, worry us, confuse us or frustrate us.
The greatest lesson we learnt from our Master Lord Jesus Christ and we also practice is “Be still and know that l am God; I will be exalted among the nations, l will be exalted in the earth! The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge.” Psalm 46:10,11
By faith, we at HOME REFUGE MINISTRY INTERNATIONAL also prophesied that once we put our total faith in God and His Word we shall continue to be exalted all the time both in Spirit and truth. All our enemies and those who sought our downfall shall hear it and their ears would tingle.
· In the days of our Great Father Abraham, he had 318 trained servants who took refuge in his household. Genesis 14:14
· In the days of our father King David, everyone who was in distress, everyone who was in debt and everyone who was discontented gathered to him (David became their place of refuge) I Samuel 22:2
With this philosophy, we encourage everyone (saved and unsaved) to become part of this non-denominational Refuge Ministry. “There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God. The Holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn.” Psalm 46:4,5.
God is in our midst and performing great signs and wonders. Come as you are and get your life transformed.
