Welcome to the Haven of Poetry,
Salutations in the name of our Lord and Savoir, Jesus Christ. Here you will read poetry representing the undying love which fills my heart and soul for the Lord and all He has become to me. These poems are to inspire, encourage, inflame and hold captive those who desire a deeper relationship with our Lord. Spiritual growth is a journey which pushes us over the edge, refines our strengths and strengthens our weakness's. During my Spiritual Journey, I have learned "TO KNOW THE LORD, IS TO LOVE THE LORD". WHAT A WONDERFUL JOURNEY IT HAS BECOME!!!

One Heart, One Soul
Your eyes are filled with the fire of my soul
Burning ever so steadily, so bright
The heat is all consuming, all prevailing
As my heart smiles, blushing with delight.
My eyes are a mirror of your heart
Beating ever so steadily, so strong
Images of our peace and comfort flutter by
Winging the assurance such a pure love cannot be wrong.
Years shall come, years shall go
Your eyes, my eyes, one heart, one soul
Laughter, tears, joy and sorrow
Together we close our eyes, sleeping, smiling
Dreaming of the love we shall share tomorrow.

Forever Faithful
Forever, is a long time
My hopes are to share it with you
Forever, is a gift only you can give
No matter what others say or do
Forever, I will trust you, love you
Share my hopes and dreams with you
Promises of eternal happiness, songs of everlasting peace
With tears of joy, my heart a flutter
Forever Faithful to you, I will be.

In your arms, I fear nothing
Your powerful embrace comforts me
Your reassuring voice soothes me
Your loving touch inflames me
You are the reason I live
You are the reason I love
You are the reason the winds caress my face
You are the reason I long for each new day
