Purpose Statement: Our purpose is to provide an alternative virtual Christian atmosphere; to conduct all Biblical practices of the Church; to conduct a Christ-Centered continuing education program for high school completion; and to conduct Bible training courses for the beginning minister.
Vision Statement: Our vision is to have a ministry that assimilates the original design of the First Church as found in the book of Acts Chapter 2. Through this Church, High School, and Bible School, it is our hope to enable believer's to use their Christian Education, spiritual gifts, and God-given talents to succeed in our society and influence the world.
Values Statement: Our values that guide us are: the commitment to be Christ-centered in daily practice; the commitment to the Bible as our standard for living; and the commitment to teach people how to reason biblically; to enable them to play a positive role in their families and to be productive in their communities.
Philosophy Statement: Our philosophy is based on a God-centered view of truth, reality, and man. We believe that the inspired Word of God contains all the instructions necessary for personal salvation and Christian living. Our main goal is to teach people to reason biblically and to develop as a whole person in Christ. Thus, to accomplish this, we must have a methdology which guarantees biblical character building through the teaching of Bible concepts and principles.
Statements of Faith: We Believe:
- That there is only one true God, which created us and reigns over us, revealed to us in unity as the trinity; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Tha same in essence and equal in every divine perfection.
- That Jesus Christ is fully human and fully divine, God in the flesh, the only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sin debt, was buried, resurrected on the third day, ascended to the right hand of the father as our mediator, sent the Holy Ghost as our Comforter, and he will return in like manner soon, to collect his people and reign forever.
- That the Holy Ghost is God's active presence in the world today, in the life of a Christian and in the functions of the Church. He convicts the world about sin and the truth in God'sd Word. He enables the Christian to live a life of Christ-like character and holiness, and empowers the believer for God's service.
- That the Bible is the inspired Word of God given to us, without error, absolutely true, reliable, authoritative, and the foundational principles and instructions for all we believe and do in this life.
- That man was created Holy in God's image, but by disobedience, sin entered into the world and death by way of sin. This condition seperates us from God and requires that we be :born again" to be reunited with God. Jesus death on the cross made it possble for us to be restored back into God's presence by paying our sin debt.
- That salvation does not come from good works or merits, but it is a gift from God, a provision of his mercy and grace by the shed blood of Jesus Christ for the remission of our sins.
- That Jesus is the Head of the Church, which was born in it's fullness on the Day of Pentecost. God gave power to the Church through the Holy Ghost by a diversity of spiritual gifts and individual talents, to glorify God, for edification of the believer's, and to fulfill the Great Commission of the Church.
