New Message: The Gospel Must Be Preached!
This is the latest message that God has given Pastor Greer to give to the preachers. Read this and obey God. The message below is not a written sermon made up by our pastor. Our pastor did not attend a seminary to learn to preach. He is called from God and God gives him the messages to be preached. When Jesus started his ministry he preached repent, for the kingdom of Heaven is at hand. We know today that there are so many of the preachers today who are not preaching the gospel. They are not preaching repentance: they are not preaching being born again by the spirit of Almighty God. They are preaching everything else but the gospel. We realize and know that the gospel must be preached. We can listen to preachers on television and ninety percent of their time they are begging for money. What little preaching is going on, in a lot of cases, is not enough preaching to even cause a person to feel bad for their sins, because they don't preach against the sins. They preach love and love is great, there is nothing greater than love. Don't get me wrong; love is one of the greatest gifts of God as far as that's concerned. But we know today it is going to take the old timey gospel being preached, the word of God in the fullness, not watered down, not patting people on the back, but preaching the word of God through the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit. I am persuaded to believe today that there are a multitude of preachers out there who have gone to the seminaries to learn how to be preachers. They have never been saved; they have never been born again by the spirit of Almighty God. We know that the Bible teaches that you must be born again. Jesus told Nicodemas marvel not that I say unto you that ye must be born again. For that which is born of spirit is spirit, and that which is born of the flesh is flesh. So ye must be born again. So we realize and know today there are a lot of people out here in the church world today who don't know what it is all about, being saved, being born by the spirit of Almighty God, sanctified and filled with God's Holy Spirit. I thank God for God's spirit today. I thank God it is still moving upon the people, still convicting, and still saving people who will listen when they can hear the gospel preached. I believe that there is a famine in the land, not for bread, not for water, or not for food, or anything like that, but there is a famine of the word of God being preached. We realize and know that if preachers would stand upon the solid foundation, upon Christ, and if they would preach the gospel through the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit, if they would obey Christ, if they would obey the gospel, and if they would preach it through the power, and through the spirit of Almighty God then things would take shape in America today. We look around us today and we see all the evil that is going on in the land today. We see all the sins that are taking place in our country today. Millions of babies are being aborted and killed every year, murdered as far as that's concerned. The homosexuals are marching down the streets of Washington for their gay rights. We realize and we know that a lot of them say that I'm a gay Christian. If I study the word of God right there is no such thing as being a homosexual Christian, because it is abomination in God's sight and stink in God's nostrils. Preachers will stand and uphold it and say that it's just a gift of God when it is an abomination in the sight of God. Not only this, I'm not just preaching against homosexuality, I'm not just preaching against abortion, but I'm preaching against all the sins that are taking place in the world today. There are multitudes of them, and the preachers will pat people on the back and say it's alright just as long as you come to church everything will be all right. But it's not going to be all right. Unless they repent of their sins, unless they accept Jesus into their hearts and lives, and lay off the works of the flesh, and deny themselves, and take up their cross they will never make it into the city of God. I realize and know as Jesus preached the kingdom of Heaven is at hand, we know that it is nigh at hand today. We are looking for the Lord to come at any time. He said in the last days there would be perilous times, that troublesome times would be upon us. We realize and we know that troublesome times are here today. Perilous times have come; men are more lovers of pleasure than they are lovers of God. They have a form of Godliness but they deny the power thereof. We realize and we know that they are denying Christ today. They are doing everything in the world that they can today it seems like to stamp out the plan of salvation. They want to get it out of the school, and they think they can't have it in our schools any more. They won't talk about Jesus in the schools any more, but they can teach witchcraft; they can teach anything else that they want to. They can give out condoms. They can do every ungodly thing that they want to do, but they don't want God in our schools today. As we think about it today, we think about children going to schools taking guns and killing other classmates or their teachers or anybody else that gets in their way, just shooting them down and we wonder why would this happen to kids today. I'm going to tell you why it's happening to kids today. It's because they have taken God out of the schools. It is because they have taken God out, so God is not there anymore. They wonder why it has happened: they have allowed Satan to come in and take over the schools. They have allowed Satan to come into their hearts and lives and lead them astray. This is happening today, and it is my responsibility to try and tell the preachers that they must preach against the sins and they must stand for what is right. They must stand against the evil powers of this day. The Bible said that we wouldn't be fighting against flesh and blood but against powers and principalities against spiritual wickedness in high places. We are fighting against that spiritual wickedness today. We realize and we know that even Hillary marched with the homosexuals for their gay rights. Even in the White House, in the past administration, we have seen things happen that we had never heard of happening in the White House before. You know what ungodly things I'm talking about, and most preachers would say that it's all right, but I'm here to say that it's not all right. Sin is not all right; it's not all right to go out and commit adultery. It's not all right to go out and commit fornication. It's not all right to stand up and applaud for the wrong things. Today sin has spread throughout this land. Preachers, sin has taken over our land because preachers don't have guts enough to stand up and tell the people how they must live because they are afraid they might lose a little money. Our land is in bad shape today. I know sometime back God told us in prophecy that he was turning this nation over to a reprobate mind, that they might believe a lie and be damned. We realize and we know that there are so many things happening today, I tell you people we need some old time heart felt salvation. We need the gospel to be preached today, and the gospel must be preached to a lost and dying world. It is going to have to start with the preachers. I believe that a multitude of the preachers need to fall down upon their faces and they need to cry out to God, and say God have mercy upon me, Lord help me to do what's right; help me to walk in that highway of holiness; help me to do that which you would have me to do, Lord, no matter what people might think about me no matter what they might say about me. I might lose a big lot of my congregation but Lord; help me to preach against the sins that are going on in the world today. Help me to stand up and tell the people of the evil deeds that are going on in their lives today. Help me to tell them that they won't make it into the city of God except they repent, except they become as a little child they will in no wise enter into the city of God. Except they humble themselves down, and repent in sackcloth and ashes for these ungodly sins that are going on in the world today they will never make it into the city of God. It tears me up to see the things that are going on in the United States today. I don't know what our forefathers would have done about it today, but they would have said its abomination; it's stink in God's nostrils. Think about what our nation is doing today. Think about it today preachers. You think just how mean a man Hitler was. I want you to know today that our nation doesn't have any room whatsoever to even say anything to another nation about their evil deeds, about their wars and killing innocent people because we have slaughtered our babies by the millions. That's not all we can look back into the history of America and we can find in our early days when they first came to the United States, that they slaughtered the Indians, they killed them. They even made treaties with them but then they would break the treaties and they would trot the ones they didn't kill off to a reservation somewhere. Hear me today preachers stand upon that solid rock and accept Jesus into your hearts and lives if you have not. Pray if you want to become a preacher, pray that God will call you out to be a minister and you will not be just a person that has went to a seminary to learn to preach for a job that you might make easy money. There is more to it than that because I want you to know if you go to a seminary just to learn how to become a preacher and you're not saved, and you don't know what it's all about, then you don't know how to preach the gospel and the gospel isn't in you. You don't even know what to say to get a lost soul under conviction. It takes the spirit of God; it takes the power of God. It takes the Holy Ghost to convict; it takes the Holy Ghost to save a person. Yet you will take them into the church houses and say if you will just write your name down on a little book, in our church book, then everything's going to be all right; you're going to be saved. You just make them two fold more the child of the devil than you are yourself because you won't go in and you won't let them go in. That's just what Jesus said about Pharisees; the preachers back in his day. Church, there is no difference today. Preachers, it's the same today because you won't preach the gospel. You're ashamed to preach the gospel; you're ashamed to stand up and declare the whole council of God because you're afraid you might lose a member or two; you're afraid of what somebody might say about you. I'm here today to tell you if you don't preach the word of God, you are going to stand before a just God and you are going to hear him say depart from me for I know you not, ye workers of iniquity. Listen today preachers, you need to stand up there and preach Heaven sweet and Hell hot today. I want you to know as sure as there is a Heaven there is a Hell. You say as long as you love one another everything is going to be all right, as long as you have a little love then it's all right. You will get up and you will preach about the flowers and about the things of this world down here. You hardly ever mention Jesus the Son of God that came into this world and suffered and died upon the cross for your sins and for the sins of the world. Hear me and harken unto my words today and hear the voice of God, repent, repent, and believe upon the Lord Jesus Christ for the saving of your souls, accept him into your hearts and lives, and let the power of God move in your veins today, and you might become a minister of God, you might become a person that can preach the word of God through the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit. I'm not preaching to all preachers just those who are not preaching the gospel of Christ. My heart goes out and my prayers go out for the preachers, who are preaching the word of God, but you don't hear many of them today, and you don't see many of them today. All they care about is the money. You know the money itself isn't wrong it's not evil in itself. The love of money is where the evil comes in. There is so many preachers today that loves the money so much that they are afraid to make anybody mad in the church, they're afraid to preach against their sins, they're afraid to tell them that they can't go out and get drunk, that they can't go out here and commit adultery and be a child of God. They can't go out here and do these ungodly things. They can't go out here and take dope. They can't go out here and cheat their brother. They can't go out here and tell filthy jokes. They can't go out here and do any of these things that's sin and be a child of God. Brother, let me tell you something there is a lot of them today that think that they can just do anything that they want to as long as they've got their name on the church books. Or they think that once I'm saved, I'm always saved. I want to say that's the truth today that once you're saved you always will be saved but the Bible says whosoever endures to the end the same shall be saved. You're not saved, you might be born again by the spirit of Almighty God, you might be sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost and with the power of God, but we're not fully saved until we endure to the end then Jesus said the same shall be saved. If there was ever a day and time that the word must be preached, the gospel must be preached to a lost and dying world, it is today. You preachers need to get off your high horses and get down there and humble yourself before God, and seek God's face, and pray, and begin to preach the old time heart felt gospel; the plan of salvation, Jesus Christ crucified for a lost and dying world and then things might change in this old world today. Maybe we could put a stop to all the abortions going on and the homosexuals walking down the streets parading for their gay rights. It's abomination in the eyes of God today. You say preacher you are going to have to be quietened, glory be to God I'm here to say that the only way they will ever quieten me is to put me six feet under. I'm here to tell you that I'm going to be shouting in Heaven. You can destroy the body but you can't destroy my soul because it is going back to the one who gave it. Today if there has ever been a time in which our nation needs to come down in sackcloth and ashes like Nineveh did it's the day in which we live in. From the highest power to the lowest degree, man needs to fall down upon their face today and repent, I mean repent and God might spare this nation. It's going to come to naught. God is going to destroy it if it doesn't repent, and God is going to destroy a lot of people that say I'm a Christian and they are not. He said they would honor me with their lips, but he said their hearts are far from me. They are some of you that will stand up and say I love Jesus, and just in a few minutes you're out here making eyes at the women, you're already picking you out one to sleep with, or you're already making plans to go out with some of your buddies to some bar and drink a little. Some of you may be planning to go out to some gay bar and have sex with another man which is abomination and stink in God's nostrils. If there's ever a day and time in which this nation needs to repent it is the day in which we live in. They need to fall down today in sackcloth and ashes and repent of their sins as I've already said from the greatest to the smallest they need to repent and make it right with God; because our nation is going down if they don't. They are headed down for a devils hell. Preachers hear me this day if you've not been born by the spirit of Almighty God, if you've not been sanctified and filled with God's sweet Holy Ghost, you'd better start getting ready. You better start repenting, and you better start seeking the Holy Ghost, and you better start preaching the word of God if you are going to preach; because Jesus said if the blind lead the blind they will both fall into the ditch. I've heard them say they are many other ways to make it to Heaven instead of through Jesus, but my Bible teaches me that there is only one way and that's through Jesus, that you're ever going to make it in to the city of God. Jesus is the only supreme sacrifice, He's the only one that gave his life that you might have life and have it more abundantly. So let me admonish you if you're not where you ought to be, you'd better get ready, you'd better repent, you'd better make it right with God, you'd better start preaching the gospel to a lost and dying world. If you don't you are going down to a place that's called Hell, you are going down with the rest of the damned. Hear me this day and harken to the word of God, and you study the word of God. If you don't want to take anything that I've said today, you read the word of God, you get the King James Version, you don't need something that's been revised, you don't need something that's watered down. You take the word of God and you apply it to your heart and life and you'll find that it will change things in your life; it will change your life. If you don't repent, if you haven't already repented, if you've not been born again by the spirit of Almighty God, repent and make it right and then you will be fit subject to be called to be a minister. I don't believe that man can make a minister; I believe that he's got to be God sent. The Bible says how will they hear without a preacher, how will he preach except he be sent, so he's got to be sent from God. So listen to me, I'm not out to try to make enemies, I'm not out to try to make anybody mad, and I'm not apologizing for the word of God, don't get me wrong. I'm here to try to be a help to you, I'm here to try to point you in the right direction, and to tell you that you can't live an ungodly life and make it into the city of God. You can't water the word of God down to make it of no effect and be pleasing to God whatsoever. You've got to stand upon the solid foundation and you've got to preach the full gospel from Genesis through Revelations, not having any respect of persons whatsoever. I don't respect any person when I'm preaching the word of God, my children, my companion, or anybody else it makes no difference when the word of God comes it's going to be preached, it's going to be preached the way God gives it to me, and I'm not going to water it down. I'm not watering it down for you preachers, because there are some of you that really angers me, because you won't preach the gospel, because you won't tell the people they have to repent and make it right. That's the greatest message for today repent and that's what Jesus came preaching repent, repent. That's what Jesus is speaking of in Revelations concerning the last church. He said repent, repent, repent and we need to repent today. My hearts desire is that some of you will take this message to heart, that the Holy Ghost will convict you if you haven't repented and made it right with God, and then maybe you will be a fit subject to preach the gospel. If you haven't you're not a fit subject to preach the word of God. If you haven't been born by the spirit of Almighty God and if you haven't been sanctified and filled with God's spirit you need to be. So listen to me today and may God bless you is our prayer.
