A Home Changed through Knowing God
Homepage
God's Word is full of admonitions to KNOW HIM. Not just as our Savior and Redeemer and soon coming King but to increasingly learn more about His character and attributes. There are so many blessings that are promised for those who KNOW GOD. What we know and believe about God (our theology) matters in our every day living. It is our foundation when trials hit our life. It not only effects our lives but the lives of our husband and children and all we come in contact. It reminds me of the aroma of homemade bread as it not only fills the house where it is bakes but spreads throughout the surrounding neighborhood. Our theology has a ripple effect that starts with our own lives and continues to reach out to everyone we come in contact with. We not only need to know God for ourselves but for our husband and children's sake, too.

The effects of our theology will either bless and encourage those who are in our lives or hinder them.

Hidden in His Abundant Grace,
Georgene

* See the article I wrote on this topic called, A Home Changed through Knowing God.

O Lord, I have heard a good word inviting me to look away to Thee and be satisfied. My heart longs to respond, but sin has clouded my vision till I see Thee but dimly. Be pleased to cleanse me in Thine own precious blood, and make me inwardly pure, so that I may with unveiled eyes gaze upon Thee all the days of my earthly pilgrimage. Then shall I be prepared to behold Thee in full splendor in the day when Thou shalt appear to be glorified in Thy saints and admired in all them that believe. Amen. ( The Pursuit of God by Tozer)
