Releasing Ancient Wells

Just found what I had written when in Ireland in June 2007. My son and I travelled from Dublin right around the country and up to Balleymoney in the North, then back down to Dublin. I will email you separately the story of my going to Ireland and the amazing way God brought it about.
We had spent time in Coleraine learning of the past revival and then went to the Giants Causeway. It was in Balleymoney that I wrote the following:
I felt that I had been riding a wave of prayer up the country that had not broken yet, but much power was pushing it from behind.
I saw a train coming full steam out of a tunnel. It was right in my face!
Then I saw down this incredibly long tunnel behind the train, and the Lord asked me to walk in the tunnel with Him. I never reached the end as the tunnel was so long.
(My sense is that the tunnel represents God’s history in the nation and all that was driving the train forward. When we had a move of God here many people saw or dreamt of trains which seemed to be the power of God released at the time).
Nations currently suffering famine, oppression, devastation, are bringing forth fire.
It is a picture of all of creation groaning and there is a manifestation as a result.
There is the birthing of a new people in God, and a new passionate devotion to Him.
For these people the nations are their home – not any one place – but all the places He opens doors to.
This will break down walls and barriers of territorial spirits that have held both the church and nations captive.
I saw drops of golden rain falling softly, almost unnoticed, but they contain the very substance of heaven, and even as water finds its way into dry ground, so these drops will do the same, and find their way into places that do not expect or see the Spirit of God at this time.
This is His Kingdom touching earth and transforming every place and person it touches.
This will not look like previous revival or moves of God’s Spirit. This is thicker oil of the Spirit that penetrates deeply and cannot be washed off.
It penetrates, covers, sticks, is completely absorbed – this is a far deeper work than has been seen before.
He then led me into the following scriptures:
Ezra 6:4 with three courses of large stones and one of timbers. The costs are to be paid by the royal treasury.
Hosea 6:1 "Come, let us return to the LORD. He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us; he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds.
Hosea 6:2 After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence.
Hosea 6:3 Let us acknowledge the LORD; let us press on to acknowledge him. As surely as the sun rises, he will appear; he will come to us like the winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth."
Hosea 6:4 "What can I do with you, Ephraim? What can I do with you, Judah? Your love is like the morning mist, like the early dew that disappears.
Hosea 6:5 Therefore I cut you in pieces with my prophets, I killed you with the words of my mouth; my judgments flashed like lightning upon you.
Isa 22:3 All your leaders have fled together; they have been captured without using the bow. All you who were caught were taken prisoner together, having fled while the enemy was still far away.
James 4:10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.
Rev 16:4 The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood.
When we returned to Dublin I felt I had tapped into ancient prayer and that the Lord was re-opening the wells from which that prayer had been drawn.

God is doing a new thing – there are new keys for this day.

The praises of Gods people and unity are significant factors in the new thing He is doing. These words seemed to be summed up and tied together by the following which is a transcript of what was shared by Margaret Clarke.
“”The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. When I was leaving my house to come here this morning I felt the Lord give me this verse and so on the way out I picked up this sickle to bring with me. It is not very sharp. The harvest is plentiful but the church in this land is not sharp and ready. The Bride needs to come into the presence of the King and needs to get her ‘ neck unblocked’ and be all that she is meant to be. The prophets, apostles pastors teachers and evangelists and healers…….some of them are here today. There is a significant group of men here and we need to pray for them because they represent something we need to honour and be thankful for but we need to see a greater fulfilment in.

"Lord, what were you showing me in the Vision where I was taken to the green, rocky, high place overlooking the sea; I know it was Ireland, but where? What was I supposed to see, or feel, or know, about this place?"

During the Watch one morning, the Lord gave me a very vivid vision. I felt myself moving very fast over countryside, high above the land. As I slowed, I also was moving closer to the ground. This felt like I was literally flying, rather than just seeing this. I realized that it was right now, at the time of the morning that it really was in my bedroom ( between 3 and 6 AM, before daylight ). It was misty. As the mist began to clear somewhat, I was close to the ground. I could see a rocky, cliff kind of area; part of a jagged, rocky coast, above the sea. I asked the Lord if this place was Ireland or Northern Ireland. He said: "Yes."
It was an isolated place, with no sign that anyone lived there; or anywhere within my sight. This felt Ancient to me. It was rocky, but yet lush and green. There was a mixture of the smell of the sea, and the rich smell of the earth and plants. I could hear the sea and feel the mist. My attention was drawn to the sea beneath the rocky cliffs. I kept looking at an area where the sea crashed against the rocky cliff wall and rocks; the seafoam expoding and then sort of fizzling down as it settled in pools, until it got pounded again. It was very pleasant to gaze upon this, to hear it; I liked it, but kept wondering why all my attention was fixed on this. It felt relaxing and refreshing to me.
The Lord said:
" Tell My People in Ireland, who have an ear turned to me, to keep the 4th Watch with me from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM."
The Lord Jesus Christ says:
"I showed you the lush Green Lands of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
These Lands were Intended by My Hand, to be a Place of Peace, a Place of Contemplation and Prayer, a Place of Refreshing; AND a Place of Mighty Prevailing Prayer, Mighty Spiritual Warfare, Worship and High Praises unto the Most High God!
I have stored away the Sweet Fragrance of the Prayers of the People; which are as Incense, and a thing of Great Pleasure to ME.
I have stored, and carefully kept, every word, every groan, and every tear, of the Prayers, Supplications and Intercessions of My Children in Ireland and Northern Ireland, OVER THE CENTURIES AND THE DECADES!
These Prayers are part of the very Land itself; they are within the Fields, the Forests, the Mountains, the Glens, the Clefts, and the Rocks; within the Shores, the Seas, the Lakes and the Rivers. And, I have caused these Prayers to fall to the Ground as Seeds of a Planting."
( I was shown the following: )
I saw Ancient Monasteries and Churches, in many different areas; where much Prayer, Contemplation, Supplication, and Intercession had taken place many years ago, in an ongoing way, for Centuries.
I saw that many were truly seeking God in their Hearts; but in their Minds, they were convinced by, and bound by, extreme, limiting and controlling Traditions of Men, and Doctrines of Demons.
The Lord said:
"Many of these who Prayed were not open to being filled with, taught by, and led by, My Holy Spirit."
Although God has heard every word of every Prayer that was ever prayed, there was also a Great and Constant Interference and Interruption in the spirit realm.
I saw this as the air above the heads of those who were Praying, being filled with little rising lights; almost looking like circling Lightening Bugs, as they Prayed.
These little rising lights were then suddenly attacked by an Army of Hungry Ravens. This went on without ceasing, for Centuries; in every location, where people were Praying!
The Lord said:
"This was the Condition in the spirit realm because they Ignored, Misunderstood, Blocked, Hindered, and Grieved, the Holy Spirit.
This was the Resulting Spiritual Atmosphere because they were Praying without the Help of, and the Power of, the Holy Spirit."
I watched as the Ravens also began to dive at, and viciously peck at, the heads, backs, hands, and feet, of those who were Praying!
The People became tired, wounded, sick, and weak in their spirits, minds, and emotions.
I watched as they were finally beaten down to a Condition of Inability to Function, and were Overtaken by the Ravens.
The Lord made it known to me that this happened because they had not allowed the Lord, by His Holy Spirit, to Teach their Hands to War.
Then, I heard the sounds of ritual drumming, and could smell the smoke from fires.
I saw, that in many other High Places, there was ongoing Worship and Sacrifices at Altars not dedicated to the Lord, the One True God of Israel.
Skilled in Divining, Cursing, and Charming, and Bewitching, by the Power of the Evil One; these People came against those who worshipped the Lord, and humanly tried to follow the Way of the Holy Scriptures.
(Which I had seen as the Interference and the Attacks of the Ravens. )
I was, then, shown that there was a 'Modification' or 'Shift' in the Spiritual Atmosphere.
This 'Shift' caused the People to begin to seamlessly 'Mix' Old Ways, Pagan Ways, Evil Ways, with the Holy Scriptures and the Practices, and Traditions, of the Christian Church!
There were Potions, Incantations and Charms, Divinings, Readings, Seeking of Spirits at Fountains and Brooks, Waterfalls, Lakes and Seas, Consulting with Spirits.
Spirits began to appear to the People in all sorts of pleasant, relational, playful, beautiful, inspirational, and magical ways; in order to deceive them!
These Demonic Spirits appeared to the People as being a natural part of the Created World around them: the Seas, the Lake, the Rivers, the Fountains, the Waterfalls, and Brooks, the Forest, the Fields, the Gardens, the Rocks, the Cliffs, the Wind, the Rain, the Fire, the Sun, the Moon, and the Stars; and within, and around, the Birds of the Air, the Creatures of the Waters, and Creatures both on, and beneath, the Earth!
The People did not call these spirits Demons; nor did they perceive that Satan was behind these spiritual manifestations.
The People, being completely deceived; then, willingly, opened themselves up to, and became greatly enslaved by, the Delusion and Bondage brought about by these numerous and varied spirits.
The People began to revere and even worship these Evil Ones.
Soon, those who were traveling Tellers of Tales and Legends became both popular and revered among the People. These skilled Tellers of Tales, were trained in the Ways of the Evil Ones; and were able to invoke the spirits as they told their worshipful Tales and Legends to the People around Bonfires and Hearths.
Through these practices, and the willing opening of themselves to these Evil Ones; there was created in the Land, a Great Open Gate for Satan, his Ruler Princes, and his Vast Army of Demonic Forces.
The Lord says that these are the Principalities, Powers and Rulers in High Places which entered through the Great Open Gate:
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Spiritual Delusion.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Deception.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Spiritual Rebellion and Resistance to the Holy Spirit.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Bondage and Slavery.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Division and Discrimination.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Rejection and Wounding.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Anger and Argument.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Hatred and Bitterness.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Bloodshed and Bloodlust.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Murder and Mayhem.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Violence and Cruelty.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Vengeance.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Unforgiveness.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Alcoholism.
There came upon the Land and the People a powerful spirit of Poverty, Hunger, and
Affliction.
And, the Lord allowed there to come upon the Land and the People, a Curse.
This Curse has been long in operation in the Lands of Ireland and Northern Ireland;
And it has been carried across the Sea by those who emigrated to the United States of America.
The Lord says:
"Call a Holy Convocation! Deliver this which is Wisdom and Knowledge from On High, to My Intercessors who Seek My Face for the Lands of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Keep the 4th Watch with ME!
Set thy hands to be diligent in Making War; keeping thy eyes always steadfastly on ME!
Seek My Face, give me the Offering of Praise, Sing the Song of the Lord!
Shout for Joy! Declare the Word of the Lord! Execute the Judgements that were written!
Take back this Land for My Glory! Take back ALL THAT WAS STOLEN BY SATAN!
Cause your Faith to rise! Become EXPECTANT! For I SHALL VISIT MY PEOPLE with Mighty Waves and a Mighty Flood of My Holy Spirit!
I am bringing together my Chosen and Prepared Servants; get ready, get in line, all who have ears to hear My Call!
For, for I am about to rain down upon Ireland and Northern Ireland in a way that has never before been witnessed upon the Earth!
I WILL BE GLORIFIED in these Lands!
I WILL BE LIFTED UP, AND I WILL DRAW ALL MEN UNTO ME!

This is not THE word -it's part of The word - "We know in part and we prophesy in part." This is the part that God showed me
Belfast -
When I started to pray for Belfast it seemed as though I was looking down upon some roof-tops in a "downtown" area though not the main part I don't think. There were some office buildings and further back there were some older brick warehouse type buildings. There was one building on a corner that was higher than the other buildings. I saw a black cloud that seemed to roll around the rooftops from one roof to another - a spirit of oppression. There were people in the buildings that seemed to act like a magnet for this cloud. I believe it was negativism that attracted the cloud. Like a religious spirit that made people quick to believe negative things and then speak negative things. God wants to release a spirit of Faith so the joy will be released . Joy is a great evangelizing tool. Get the prophetic intercessors to release the Spirit of Good News which is our inheritance. In Isaiah 44:3 God says 'I will pour water on him that is thirsty and floods upon the dry ground." How do you qualify? - all it says is you have to be thirsty..
Galway -Killarney
I then saw some areas west - Galway down Killarney and I saw spirits of fantasy and superstition - but there was more openness to the supernatural, which is both good and bad depending on if the power of God is being released through God's people.
Dublin
I saw prosperity but then distraction and diversion. Then I saw some people on the street begin to look up toward heaven and some drops of rain were falling on their faces. They smiled because they were being blessed. I especially saw an older man who had been hungry for a long time. I believe he represented the ones how had been around a while in the church - this man seemed to have held back from some things because he wasn't sure about them - but nevertheless he was hungry and he felt the rain - and he was so happy. One of the greatest hindrances to God's move in Ireland is negativism in the church - and a critical spirit which creates hardness. God is good God - He loves Ireland and the Irish people - In the middle of transferring these words from my note-pad to the computer, I had a surprise visitation. I suddenly found myself looking into a room. In the middle of the room, sitting on the floor, was a curly-haired girl who looked about 4 years old. Her hair was red and she was playing with some learning toys. She was quite spirited and lively and something about her made the Lord laugh. He was laughing at the antics of her Irish character. I found myself laughing too! She was by no means grown up and definitely lacking in some graces, but God was seeing her potential and He loved her very much. As I was watching her, this girl, I felt such a love and joy over her. When we see what God sees - the natural, judgmental thoughts seem to be washed away. If we could see each other as God sees - there would be no strife and criticism of one another. The girl represented the "church" of Ireland. I know we like to think of ourselves as being "mature" but I think sometimes we mistake our knowledge for true spiritual life! 3 Kinds of rain - Then I saw a soft rain falling and lots of green - we need the soft rain and it IS a promise. Then Lord told me that the soft rain comes as a result of heartfelt prayers. It is also a preparation. Then I saw sweeping rain - The Holy Spirit gave me a scripture about this kind of rain. Proverbs 28:3 "A poor man who oppresses the poor is like a sweeping rain..which leaves no food.." The sweeping rain is a kind of judgment bought about by the oppression of one man to another. I'm not sure what this means as far as Ireland is concerned but I felt the leaders would know. There obviously needs to be repentance about this . I'm sure there has been some. I'm sorry to be vague, but the Lord just didn't show me anything more about it. Then I saw heavier rain - latter rain. I got another scripture, Zechariah 10:1 "Ask of the Lord rain in the time of the latter rain . It says "Ask of the Lord Rain -" Jesus said, (Mark 11: 24.25) "Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (and be confident) - that it is granted you, and you will get it." The only hindrance is qualified in the next verse..unforgiveness. Elijah heard the rain by the Spirit - he heard the sound of the abundance of rain before it rained 1 Kings 18.

WORD for IRELAND - It's a long way to Tipperary

In the late hours of the early morning I heard this tune in my head.
I felt the Lord wanted to say something. I looked up the history which is
very interesting and it involves many European nations, England, France,
Holland and Ireland.and the comment is made at the bottom of the history
brief. History was again made here when the Irish State formally honored,
for the first time, the quarter of a million Irish people who had served in
the British Forces during the first World War. More than fifty thousand of
them died.
On November 11, 1998, a monument to those Irishmen who fought and gave their
lives in World War I was unveiled by President of Ireland, Mary McAleese, in
the presence of Queen Elizabeth II and the King and Queen of Belgium. The
monument is a 110 foot Irish Round Tower made from tons of stones taken from
a former workhouse in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. As part of the unveiling
ceremonies, the band played It's a Long Way to Tipperary.
Before Jack died in 1938, he composed a sequel called "It's A Long Way No
Longer." We have yet to find the lyrics - and we're left to wonder what he
wrote. Our wish is that in those last words, he embraced the hope that all
Irish soldiers could come home - whether here or in the hereafter - and find
peace, at last.
After reading that I felt the Lord may have a word for IRELAND He wanted to
speak.I asked Him what He wanted to say and was reminded of a character in
Braveheart who was Irish and called Ireland "MY Island" and the Scots all
laughed at him. He actually saved the main character from death shortly
after his arrival in camp.
I feel the Lord is saying:
" Ireland YOU ARE MY ISLAND ! I cleansed you and brought revival to you many
years ago, but since then things have gone from bad to worse in many ways
and many have left the true faith of their fathers and have mixed witchcraft
again with Christianity. Syncretism abounds and many have left the truth
long ago. Many go to church but do not really practice what they hear.
I am going to shake you Ireland and break you free from the hundreds of
years of oppression of the enemy. The true enemy is Satan and I am your
FAITHFUL FATHER. I love you and will do great and mighty things within your
borders to establish MY PEACE. It will not be the false peace of one world
religion, but the PEACE that passes all understanding. The warring spirits
will be brought down. I will sow love instead of murder and vengeance !
I will sow glory and you will have humility once again, and peace, and joy
and all manner of wisdom from the FATHER of LIGHTS Who will destroy all that
has opposed HIS WAYS.
I have heard the cries of the mothers and children. I have heard the cries
of fathers. I will break the chains of bondage and idolatry that have held
you captive for centuries, and RESTORATION will bring a different kind of
war within your gates. War of My goodness against all the evil of the enemy
!
I will bring down and I will lift up. I will destroy and I will RESTORE. I
will bring all men through the valley of decision that they might bow down
and know that I ALONE AM LORD, and there is NO OTHER. I will have no gods
before ME.
I AM the Creator of heaven and earth and all that is under the earth. I will
break down the walls of division, though there will yet be a wall of
division of those who truly love Me with their whole hearts vs those who
only pretend to love Me ! I am raising up an army of youth that will be
catapulted to the nations for MY SAKE and for bringing glory to MY NAME !
Though you are small among some nations, You are mighty in Spirit. I will
RECLAIM your sons and daughters and you will again dance in the streets and
sing to ME a new song !
Your sons will return to ME, the Bastion of Hope, the Desire of all nations
!
It is a long way to Tipperary, but no longer will you have to wait !
They will have purpose for their lives again, and hope will be RESTORED.
TRUTH AND JUSTICE will prevail over the fears and lies of the past !
LOVE will once again mean what it was meant to be ! TURN TO ME, sons and
daughters of IRELAND for I will once again REVIVE you and bring you forth to
many nations to impact them for the Kingdom of GOD !!!

IRELAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND: HEALING, WHOLENESS, AND HAPPINESS
In this troubled corner of the world, God will work perhaps one of His greatest miracles!
The masterful, yet evil diversion of the devil that has kept this region smoldering in hatred, bitterness, and resentment will finally be exposed, and mercy drops will fall.
The battle for men's souls can and will be won!
LAUGHING TOGETHER AGAIN
Like long lost brothers who have been supernaturally reunited, Ireland and Northern Ireland will laugh together again. It will not be a nervous or artificial or phony laugh. Instead, brothers will share laughter from deep down inside. It will be a laughter of release from centuries of tension and strife.
Even the soil, the physical ground, will sigh a sigh of relief -- such will be the deliverance over this people. The awful physical, emotional, and spiritual wound will finally be healed by the supernatural hand of God.
The History of tribal violence, with its lust for bloodshed and its insatiable hunger for death, will come to an end. This ancient demon will rear its ugly head no more.
The Son of righteousness will arise with healing in His wings. God will exercise His great jealousy over this region and will ransom it for the Kingdom of God.
Get ready, for it will happen suddenly!
RAIN FOR A DRY PEOPLE
Ireland will experience an unpredictable chain of events -- half meteorological and half supernatural -- that will suddenly awaken this land.
Like torrential showers, God's Spirit will rain down upon this spiritually dry people. Revival will break out in the countryside and in the cities -- among the rich and the poor, as well as with Catholics and Protestants.
Churches will overflow with converts, and people will literally run to churches to experience repentance and salvation. Many ministers will be overwhelmed and will flee, hoping to escape this wonderful, yet terrible revival.
God will not be limited, and He will shake the established religious order of this land. It will be everything the people had hoped for and everything they had feared.
Names and titles, denominations and organizations will take a back seat to this wonderful -- yet seemingly out-of-control -- revival. Even Ireland's government officials will publicly acknowledge this incredible manifestation of the Holy Spirit. It will be undeniable.
A drastic increase in physical rainfall over this region will signify an increased outpouring of God's Spirit. This will be a healing rainfall and a cleansing downpour upon the people. God will cleanse the land both physically and spiritually as physical rains and spiritual rains fall from the heavens simultaneously. Streams and rivers will deepen and widen, overflowing their banks, as their waters announce this unprecedented visitation from God.
God says to Ireland, "Look up, for your redemption draws nigh."
SUPERNATURAL PEACE
God's promise for Ireland is that all things will become new. She will have a fresh start like that of springtime.
God will stamp newness and freshness all over Ireland and Northern Ireland. Such will be the magnificent release of His love to them. Love, forgiveness, healing, and reconciliation will flow in this land.
Ireland will have one people, one government, one economy, one currency, one goal, one future. All will become as it was meant to be.
The devil will go down in defeat, and mighty angels will be flying back and forth over Ireland and Northern Ireland, crying, "Peace, peace, peace!"
And there will be peace; supernatural peace, permanent peace -- the peace that surpasses all human understanding. Somehow -- supernaturally, sovereignly, mysteriously, and suddenly -- all the internal feuding will end.
The unprecedented ceasing of old hostilities will announce the arrival of the Prince of Peace. None other than the Prince of Life, Jesus Christ Himself, will arrive to visit this formerly troubled land, bringing lasting peace where there has been no peace.
AN ARMY OF YOUNG EVANGELISTS
Consequently, a massive revival among Ireland's very young people will take place. This sudden outbreak of Holy Spirit revival fire will cover the land, even affecting Scotland.
A second target group, slightly older than the first, the 20- to 30-year-old group, will also see a tremendous move of God. Married couples will flood into churches in huge numbers as God redeems their hearts. They will cease from their pursuit of material things and run hard after spiritual things.
Many missionaries will emerge from this move of God. With their original destiny in God realized, many converts -- single and married -- will join the army of evangelists that God will raise up.
They will take the gospel to many lands.

My servants in Ireland it is time to get ready, to see My destiny unfold upon this Nation.
There has been much striving and disunity in this Nation. But this is the time for a mighty outpouring of My Spirit. As many have cried out for revival and unity. Many have cried out in humility and seeked My face. Like my word says I am faithful I shall bring healing amongst this Nation. It is time to receive My Love, walk in My Love. Yes and give My Love away.
There shall be much rain this year in the natural. But get ready I am going to pour down from heaven fresh rain, yes a mighty out pouring of My spirit.
Yes as My people worship Me in Spirit and Truth. I am springing up a well in
My people as they worship and praise Me. There shall be mighty outpouring of My spirit with signs wonders and miracles following.
So get ready to be used, press into Me, drink from the well, then you shall see many fountains bubbling forth, which no man can manifest or stop. My river shall flow freely, many shall be healed physically, spiritually and
delivered in these days. So get ready receive of Me this day, don't hold back
My anointing, but be releasers of Life to many in these days. Where there was division, there will be no more walls or hindrances, but My people walking in unity
for one purpose to exalt Me not men. So get ready to shout I am Alive and I am pouring out fresh Manna on Ireland in these days.
My desire is to use you who are broken before Me. Who I have called by Name to fulfill My purpose in this Nation. My desire is none shall perish all shall know me as Lord and saviour. Yes this is the time and season to press into me get ready to receive marching orders. Then shout I am alive and I reign over this Nation, every knee shall bow and know i am Lord over Ireland. So arise and shine for Me, I am bringing forth Light and expelling the darkness. I am breaking barriers and bringing forth unity like never before upon this Nation.
The eyes of the world will be looking, and marveling at what is happening as My people embrace the bridegroom in this hour. There shall be rivers of life flowing out from this Nation.

PEACE
Whilst driving to the North East of Scotland the other day, I was enjoying a lovely time of fellowship with the Lord. I began to think about St Patrick's Day www.prayonstpatricksday and asked the Lord for a word from His heart to help me pray for Ireland. The Lord replied, "Child, my word for Ireland is peace - not politics, not platitudes, but My peace. Deep within the land of Ireland is an ancient mantle and gift for peace. I am bringing it forth."
(Politics – the principles relating to or inherent in a sphere or activity; especially when concerned with power and status Platitude – n. a trite, obvious or insincere remark or statement) I then had a vision of the United Kingdom and Ireland and the word Transformation was imprinted upon the land. God is building unity and will bring transformation www.transformations-ireland.org
ANGELS WITH BOOTS ON!
Another vision appeared before my eyes as I saw angels wearing huge boots marching up and down on the land. The ground was shaking with the force of their marching. I asked Jesus where the angels were marching and then I noticed a red hand under the angels. The angels were marching in Ulster! As I looked more closely I noticed the hand had a number 11 engraved on it. The number 11 is symbolic of the spirit of lawlessness (Lawlessness because of the eleven evil years that Kings Jehoiakim and Zedekiah reigned (2 Ki 23:36; 2 Ki 24:18; 2 Chr 36:5; 2 Chr 36:11; Jer 52:1; Idolatry because of Micah's idol (Judges 17); Bribery, seduction, allurement (Delilah and the eleven hundred shekels of silver from the Philistines Judges 16:4-5). The angels had been given their 'marching orders' and were contending for peace in Ulster. The peace released in Ulster by the angels and the prayers of the saints will ricochet across the whole of Ireland.
(Ulster was a former province of north Ireland, in the 5th century AD the most powerful of the five ancient kingdoms (see also Connaught, Leinster, Meath, Munster)).
GOD'S MERCY TO COVER THE MASSACRE OF DROGHEDA
I asked the Lord about Southern Ireland and he spoke to me of Dublin. I saw a river, which I believe is the site of ancient battles and the Lord impressed to my spirit that he also desires to despatch angels to this site too. This is a place where repentance and reconciliation will release healing into the land. I see a gathering of believers to intercede and praise into this situation. Pray that the land and the people will be healed from the battle scars of the Drogheda massacre (11 September 1649).. The killing of the defenders of Drogheda by the parliamentarians under Cromwell. Drogheda, a port north of Dublin, was occupied by English and Irish royalists who defied Cromwell's call to surrender. Cromwell then stormed the town and ordered the killing of the 2500 members of the garrison.
Pray for the church in Ireland to receive the gift of faith to believe that nothing is impossible with God. Even though Ireland has been torn apart over the centuries by conflict, Christ proclaims His peace! Jesus has deposited his peace in Ireland (we may pray this with faith as we receive it as the promise of John 14 verse 27). Pray for unity between Northern and Southern Ireland.
"Many angels have been sent on assignment to Ireland and many more are yet to be despatched. Pray for a release of my angels in Ireland for there is much work to be done. Thank me for angels on assignment and for the promises of salvation. Pray for my Spirit to be poured out and for the spirit of lawlessness to be broken under My feet."
PRAYERS FOR IRELAND
Pray that the faith that St Patrick had and the relationship with God that he enjoyed would become the norm on the island of Ireland and throughout the nations
Pray that the island of Ireland would be a welcoming place for the stranger and that many souls would be won to Christ through compassion and acts of love and hospitality
Pray that God would help his children all over the island to see themselves as they really are – i.e. in His image
Pray for the island of Ireland to come into the fullness of God's purpose
Pray for angels to be released on assignment to minister to all those who will receive salvation
Pray for the spirit of lawlessness to be bound and a spirit of peace in Christ to be released in the mighty name of Jesus.
Declare that the Blood of Christ cleanses and heals the land and the people of Ireland.

TRUMPETS OVER IRELAND

For I saw four angels over you O Ireland with a trumpet in each of their hands.
For I say to you today that I have sent My angels to you for such a time as this. They come with a commissioning, a sending in their sound. In their trumpets.
"For if the trumpet makes an uncertain sound, who will prepare for battle?" (1st Cor. 14:8).
For in this sound is a sound of war, a sound to the battle. They have postured themselves over your borders for such a time as this says the Lord.
"Proclaim this among the nations, prepare for war! Wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near, let them come up." (Joel 3:9)
I am stirring the ranks within you O Ireland to fight the good fight, to lay hold of eternal life for which you have been called. Again you will be called "The salt of the earth..." My passion and My desire will be preserved in you. Like Joseph sold by his brothers, I will preserve My desire in you. I am taking the stick of Joseph and the stick of Ephraim and I will make them one in this hour says the Lord.
You will hear the beat of My heart in this year 2000. You will march to a different drummer, no longer will you march to the rhythm of fear. But I will make you as bold as lions. I will make you the light of the whole earth. You will march to the sound of My heart says the Lord. Like John you will lay your head on the Master's breast. You will know My heart for a generation in the wilderness.
For in each of the angel's hand is a trumpet. One trumpet is inscribed the word, REPENTANCE.
I will cause the fruit of repentance to spring up amongst you. Brother that has stood against brother shall embrace as they did so long ago. You will see a harvest of reconciliation in this year 2000 says the Lord. The ancient high places will be cast down, and the desolation of many generations restored. I will do this and more says the Lord.
In another angel's hand the trumpet read RIGHTEOUSNESS.
I will show you the right and good way in this coming season. I will remove the works of the law that have held My people captive and I will show them the righteousness that is by Me. By My stripes I will set you free! I will remove the hand written ordinances that have kept you, and I will nail them to My cross of righteousness says the Lord. I will show you what it means to walk with Me says the Lord.
The third trumpet was inscribed REVIVAL.
I will sweep up your youth with the winds of an awakening. I will blow upon the dry bones of your youth and they will live. They will march into the land as My army. They will tear down the altars that their fathers built and they will establish My covenant in the land once again. A Gideon generation is upon you O Ireland. They will be as bold as lions and they will spare not, they will break out on your right hand and on your left. You will see them from afar and witness the fire of their devotion in the midnight hour. The night shall be as the noon day round about them says the Lord.
The last trumpet read, RESTORATION.
I will give back what the locust have devoured. I will give you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning. My countenance will shine upon you, your health shall spring forth speedily. You will say to the prisoner, "RESTORE!" You will say to the widow, "RESTORE!" You will say to the orphan, "RESTORE!" You will be a repairer of the breach says the Lord.
I am blowing on the ashes of your destiny. From them shall come victory. I am breathing on the hearts of apathy. From them shall come victory. I am speaking to the hearts of your children, from them shall come revival. In this year 2000 you will see the visions and the dreams come to pass. That which you counted as loss shall be restored. That which you have forgotten shall be brought to remembrance. I will hasten it to come to pass says the Lord.
Ode to My Daughter Ireland !
In you is My destiny,
The children on their beds will sing,
"Now we can see! Now we can see!"
For the right hand of the Lord has delivered me!
The right hand of the Lord has led us through the sea!"
The widow and the orphan will dance,
For the Lord has led them by His hand!
They will dance and surely be glad,
For they have crossed the Jordan
To possess the land!
Through the wilderness they have come,
The Rock that followed them was My Son!
The world will see what I have done!
