About Fran Trascritti

Fran is a pastor and a writer dedicated to serving Christ through the local church. He and his wife, Teresa, have raised four wonderful children and have ministered in many cultural contexts, including rural, suburban, and urban. God has placed on Fran's heart a desire to glorify God through his preaching and teaching ministries. He regularly counsels and consults with other pastors to assist them in the disciple making process. He has written extensively on the ministry of the deacon, and is currently in the process of working on his dissertation, "The Relationship between Servant Leadership and Team Effectiveness of Deacon Ministries in Southern Baptist Churches."  It is expected that his research will be completed by December of 2009.
