Temple of the Cross Staff
Temple of the Cross is a non-profit organization, so each devoted staff member and prayer partner laboring for us is by volunteer and God's calling alone. Special thanks to all who are working to keep Temple of the Cross moving along, and getting the prayers up to God. We know that the labor for the Lord will not be in vain and we pray that for each one good fruit shall flourish in your lives!
Meet the staff!
 Dave – Founder, Pastor
Dave is the founder and director, also known as pastor of the Temple of the Cross. As of November 2008, Dave will have been a Temple of the Cross member for 8 years. Dave wanted to do something more for God, so he started Temple of the Cross Ministries. Dave is the manager of the Photo department at his local Wal-Mart. When he is not working, or doing God’s work with Temple of the Cross or at church, he enjoys spending time with his family, going for walks, and playing tennis. Dave has worked with several ministries within his home church including singles ministry officer, bus ministry, and Bread of Life Ministry. He has also been a helper to the pastor praying alongside him before regular services. Dave says, “I love ministering to people, I want to help people, I had no idea what God was going to do with this vision and this ministry, so many people have given of themselves to help this ministry and I thank God for that.”
 Heather - Ministry Operations Director
Heather has been a staff member for Temple of the cross since March/April of 2001. Under God’s direction, she joined and took a staff position right away and she has held several positions with us over the seven-year span! Heather is a busy lady! She lives on a farm with her loving husband, and nine children where she is a full-time mother and home schools the nine children! She has several furry friends on her farm, five of which are inside dogs. Her favorite things to do include shopping, having grand adventures at places like the zoos and parks with her family, scrap-booking, knitting, making cloth diapers, and of course spending quality time with her husband! Heather’s husband is the youth pastor, so she is very involved with the youth including mission trips, Wednesday night activities, and Sunday school. She was also the VBS director this past year, and has been a Sunday school teacher for many years!
 Crystal – Website Director
Crystal has been a member of Temple of the Cross since February of 2008. She was first a prayer partner and decided to volunteer her services as a staff member for the Website. She is currently praying for a job that best suits her needs. She lives at home with her mother and stepfather and their 6 cats. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching TV and movies, blogging, driving, and shopping. Crystal has an anointing on her singing voice and sings at churches. She has been a youth choir leader and a youth drama leader for two churches. She says, “My heart is with youth, I believe because I was saved as a senior in High School, and it wasn’t long ago. So, I know what it’s like to be there and not have Jesus, but best of all, I also know what it’s like to be there and HAVE Jesus too!"

570 Members of the Prayer partners Each of them from all over the world, with all different hobbies and occupations and many sizes of families and incomes. But all with one common savior, Jesus Christ, and with one common goal to reach out to him for the needs of friends, families, and strangers.
