We are a local Church in Warwick - Woodloes Park, Anglican, Baptist, Methodist (and others) and have been a local church community in Woodloes Park for over 25 years. Services are lively, varied and welcoming.
Sunday services are held at Woodloes Park Infants School and during the week at The Rock. Our congregation is varied, ecumenical and one that especially values our older people, many of whom contribute actively to the life of our community and church. We are part of Warwick Team Ministry (together with St Mary’s All Saints, St Nicholas and St Paul’s church in Warwick),"Churches Together in Warwick", and have good working relationships with many local congregations.
Our Minister is Reverend Brian Jones, a Baptist Minister, licensed by the Bishop of Coventry to work within the Warwick Team. As such Brian conducts services and plays a part in the life of the other Team Churches, the (Anglican) Warwick Deanery and Baptist church life and development. He is the Warwick Team Missioner, Police Chaplain for Warwickshire Police and represents the Heart of England Baptist Association on the board of "Workcare", formerly known as "Mission in the World of Work"). On a wider scene, he is currently exploring the impact of church based ministry on the minsters family with particular reference to ‘clergy offspring’ as part of a Doctorate degree in Practical Theology with the University of Manchester.
