Beloved Rev. Roby Hylton,

"Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires" (Galatians 5:24, NIV).

The Lord shall cover you with us His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuse.(Paslm 91:4)

"The strength for our conquering and our victory is drawn continually from Christ. The Bible does not teach that sin is completely eradicated from the Christian in this life, but it does teach that sin shall no longer reign over you. The strength and power of sin have been broken. The Christian now has resources available to live above and beyond this world. The Bible teaches that whosoever is born of God does not practice sin. It is like the little girl who said that when the devil came knocking with a temptation, she just sent Jesus to the door."

"God sees Jesus in our place. Thus, the heavenly Father loves us with the love that He has for His own Son. For this reason, though we still sometimes sin, the Bible says that God has already seated us in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 2:6). This assurance of our heavenly status empowers us for our earthly work. Instead of feigning perfection for God's acceptance or fighting despair over our imperfection, we rest in Christ's righteousness. Such resting on God's grace does not relieve us of our holy obligations. Rather it enables us to fulfill them. Since the assurance of God's love allows us to dispense with endlessly striving to please God for our benefit, our good works reflect more of the selfless righteousness that is truly holy. Through such obedience our lives become more Christlike. God's glory and the good of others increasingly replace self-centered motivations. As our obedience becomes a gratitude response to God's grace rather than an attempt to bribe God for blessings, holiness more and more characterizes our actions. Thus, though we will never reach sinless perfection in this life, our service can increasingly honor God. We will not achieve holiness in this life, but we can now and forever serve God in the holiness that He grants us by His grace"

Prayer
Lord, thank You for giving us Your grace through Jesus Christ, even when we fail to live the way we should. Teach us how to rely on You more so that our obedience to Your will is a reflection of our gratitude and love for You. We pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Oh, we are praying for your faithful servant which Rev. Roby, and with his family, and brethern over there. You bless more both them . I know they need of divine protection.
