In brief, we are a group of Christians, committed to knowing God, (the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ his Son, and the Holy Sprit). We believe the historical person, Jesus of Nazareth, is the divine Son of God and the promised Messiah of the Old Testament.
We believe Jesus taught and demonstrated the way of life that is God's design for all people to follow and that through his death, resurrection and ascension, all who follow him can know God intimately and be equipped by the Holy Spirit to live life to its fullest potential.
We believe Jesus Christ is the Word of God, and that through him, inspired by the Holy Sprit, we can meet with God through the Bible - the Holy Scriptures which we believe to be inspired by God and therefore our supreme authority in all matters of faith and doctrine.
We follow what we believe to be the practice of the earliest Christians in encouraging those who put their trust in Jesus Christ and commit themselves to following him, to say so publicly and demonstrate that commitment in baptism and in their subsequent lifestyle.
