Jude
My spirit has become like a shallow stream
With rocks and debris and branches of trees
Where once it was a vibrant river of Thee
Not unlike Your Blessed bride, Your Church
Only Your Word can bring us back
To there, where we once were before
Few there be, who will stand
And contend for the faith
With (fallen) angels or men 1
No wonder brute beasts and filthy dreamers
Corrupt, compromise and deceive
Finely separating themselves under their own delusions 2
But God's Word promises His Glory shall be our defense 3
And that HE IS ABLE to keep us from falling
And present us faultless before His Glory with JOY 4
