QUIET POWER
We have seen and heard God's Mighty Voice
In the Thunder Storms and Raging Seas
But to the bruised reed and broken and hungry
He speaks with Quiet Power
To His Beloved His Voice is soft and encouraging
To His Bride His Voice is heard clearly beyond the wind
He responds with words that heal and save
Words that rebuild the burdened and broken slave
Words that are for that quiet Secret Place
In the place of shelter under His Wings
Words that are at once personal
Yet universal for eternity
There is a time for battle
There is a time of rest
There is a time of unity
There is a time for intimacy
