We are glad that you are visiting the Asherton Mission website. The bilingual mission is a small community supported in many ways by the Mother church, First Baptist Church of Carrizo Springs, Texas and the Mission's church members here and abroad. Asherton Mission is made up of about 12 adults and 8 children. The building is located along the street of the Asher home (historical marker) off of highway 83. Stop by and say hello. We would be glad to have you and fellowship with us.
We are glad after years of prayer and searching, the Asherton Mission have found a new Pastoral Family. Pastor Jose Martinez along with his wife Laura Martinez have accepted the work to help our mission pass along the "Good News".
The Asherton Mission collected school supplies for the second year from around the community.

A note from the 'webmaster':
I started this site to try and let people know that there is a place where they can come and have Christian fellowship in Asherton, Texas. It was also created to reach and inform the mission's friends and families that do not live here in Asherton about the mission. As I continue to input more information in the website, I see that the Asherton Mission is very blessed to have people that are dedicated in keeping God's Church doors open to all who want to hear His word. As you will continue to read along the website, there are also so many hard working people that take time to come out and help "the mission" stay alive in our hearts.
Thanks to www.Ourchurch.com for the website domain.
