Hi, I’m Sherm Nichols – Sr. Minister of Villa Heights Christian Church in Joplin, Missouri where we’ve been OurChurch.com customers now for just over one year.

Before connecting with OCC, we had an undeveloped website that basically said that it was under construction for nearly 2 years, we simply couldn’t seem to getting off the ground, we’re very frustrated! We wanted to do most of our design in house but at the same time we didn’t want to have, to be website geniuses to get it done.

OCC had just what we’re looking for. We started with a very simple free design, and then expanded it until finally we’re ready to commit. The NE1 website builder gave us exactly what we needed. It’s simple enough for people to work with but it also leaves the window open for those who want to be creative and technical like our youth minister. When we’ve needed a technical support, OCC has been prompt and thorough to help us.

Today, our site is accomplishing the two main goals we had for: To serve as an information and outreach tool to people who aren’t familiar with our church and to be a communication and resource center for our church members. OCC has been our needs in an affordable way! We’ve had several new contacts from people who found us on the web. We involved several people in the updating and development of the website so that it’s not depending on just one or two. Our various ministries have been able to expand what they’re doing and our websites still continues to grow.
