How do I upgrade or order additional services for my website?
Login to your Webmaster page and choose "Order & Renew Premium Options."
When is my site up for renewal?
Your account information is found at the top of your Webmaster page. You will see something that looks like this: Account Information for OCC ID#: 12345
Will you notify me when it's time to renew?
Yes. For annual renewals you will receive an email notification 4 weeks prior to expiration, and you'll get a reminder email at 2 weeks prior to expiration. We will send a third email if your account is allowed to lapse due to non-payment. This is one reason why keeping your email address up-to-date is critical. Monthly payments will be made automatically according to our auto-recurring billing agreement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Upon your approval our "auto-recurring billing" will charge your credit card automatically each month.
I'm short of funds this month. Can I get an extension or grace period?
We are sorry, but no. Payment must be received prior to the expiration date.
