By default, all websites (in all packages) built with OurChurch.Com’s NE1™ website builder have ads placed on them. The ads make it possible for us to offer free services and reduce the costs of our other packages. With the Ad-Free Site option, all advertisements are removed from your OurChurch.Com website &nspace; the big banner at the top, the 4 small sponsorships below, the 2 buttons in the navigation menu, and the recommended sites.

Advertisements distract attention away from your message and the content of your website. You can remove those distractions for the price shown. So, the choice is yours: a less expensive site with ads on it or an ad-free site for an additional fee.

If you have already registered a domain through a company other than OurChurch.Com, you can to transfer it to our servers for it to work with your premium site (Starter, Bronze, Silver or Gold hosting package). There is a one-time fee for this transfer and we will register the domain for one full year. Domain registration renewal is included automatically with annual hosting payment each year thereafter.

In order for us to be able to transfer your domain name, you will need to be able to access your domain name's current account with its current domain registar and:

• Remove the transfer lock.
• Get the domain name's Authentication Key (or EPP Code) and send it to us.
• Verify that the contact email address for the domain name is an email address which you regularly check. If the domain name's contact email address is not one which you regulary check, you will need to change the contact email address to one you check or to support@ourchurch.com.
• A verification email will be sent to the domain name's contact email account. You will need to confirm the transfer. If you set the domain name contact email address to support@ourchurch.com, we will confirm the transfer for you.

Once we have recieved the Authentication Key and verified that the domain name transfer lock has been removed, OurChurch.Com will initiate the domain name transfer. Once the transfer is completed we will notify you and setup the domain name to work with your website.

If the transfer is unsuccesful, OurChurch.Com will let you know and will indicate what cause the transfer to fail so it can be corrected. Then OurChurch.Com will initiate another transfer.

If either the domain name transfer fails twice, you are unable to get the Authentication Key, or remove the transfer lock, you will have 3 options:

1. You can purchase maintenance hours from OurChurch.Com and we will do everything we can to get the domain name transfer completed. Please note that because the domain name is not in our name, we are limited with what we can do. As the domain name owner, you may still be required to take part in the process in order to get the domain name transferred successfully. Also, due to the limitations we face and fact that the transfer also depends on another company (the domain name's current registrar) we cannot guarantee the domain name transfer will be able to be completed.
2. You can leave the domain name at its current registrar and change the NameServer (DNS) settings to point to your OurChurch.Com website. In this case the domain name would remain with its current host and you would be responsible for maintaining and renewing it.
3. You can choose to register a new domain name and leave the old domain name behind. In this case, we would register the new domain name for no additional cost.

A domain alias allows you to point an additional domain to your site. The annual fee covers registration of the domain name and arranging for it to be forwarded to the your website's homepage (In some cases we can direct the domain alias to other pages of your website). Note that when a visitor types in your domain alias into their web browser, they will see the default domain displayed in their address bar after they are taken to your site.

OurChurch.Com will create a custom NE1™ template or header for your website where you will be able to determine the design, colors, fonts, etc. There are several options for customizing your NE1™ website template.

• Minor Changes: We'll make minor changes to an existing NE1™ template.
• Custom Header Graphic: We'll create a custom static header to go with your choice of an existing NE1™ template.
• Custom Template with Static Header: We'll create an entirely new template for your website including a custom static header (static means the text and pictures do not move).
• Custom Template with Flash Header: We'll create an entirely new template for your website including a custom Flash™ header (with moving text and pictures).
