Use the "Upload Graphics" option on your Webmaster page to get all the graphics to our server.

As soon as your order form and payment have been received by OurChurch.Com, a "Manage Local Sponsors Graphics" option will appear on your Webmaster page. Click this and set-up the graphics for each of your sponsors. The Local Sponsors Graphics Admin page is the control center for setting up and administering your sponsors' graphics. From this page you can add new sponsor graphics, change the graphics being displayed, and view statistics.

Local Sponsors Graphics Currently Displayed on Site
Beneath this heading are the sponsors' graphics as they are currently being shown on your website. If you haven't set up any graphics or have them all de-activated, a message will indicate that there are no active banners.

Add new banner
Immediately beneath the Local Sponsors Graphics Currently Displayed on Site is a link to the form for adding a new banner/graphic. If you click it, you'll find these options on the form that follows:

• Select a sponsor's graphic. Here you have the opportunity to select a graphic from those uploaded to your directory at OCC. Only the graphics that are quarter, half, or full banner size will be available. If the graphic you wish to set up is not listed there, either you haven't uploaded it or it isn't the right size.
  
  
• Linked to URL. The web address the visitor will be taken to when they click on the sponsor's graphic - usually the sponsor's homepage. If your sponsor doesn't have a website, encourage him or her to use OCC's free website service.
  
  
• Alt Text. This is the text that will be displayed when someone places his or her cursor above the banner. The name or company of the sponsor works well here.
  
  
• Sponsor's username. OCC provides statistical reporting for your sponsors. In order for your sponsors to have access to this information, they must register a username at OurChurch.Com. Then you specify that username here. If a sponsor has not registered a username or you don't know what it is, you can type your own username in this space and later change it to their username using the "modify banner" option.

Existing banners
Banners that have been previously added are all listed. Above each banner you will see the banner number and linking URL. Below each banner are four link options and then the statistics for that banner. If you see a "broken graphic" symbol instead of your graphic, try reloading the page.

Detailed Stats
Clicking on this link will provide detailed statistics for the specified graphic over the last 7 days.

Activate/De-activate
If the link says De-activate, the banner is currently active and clicking the link will de-activate it. If the link says Activate, the banner is currently inactive and clicking the link will activate it. When a graphic is added, it is initially set to inactive and is not displayed on your website. This allows you to upload and set up all of your sponsors' graphics and then activate them. De-activate will stop a sponsor's graphic from being displayed. This is useful if you want to swap out one sponsor for another, as might happen after the one-year term is up, but want to allow the sponsor to be able to view their statistics for another month. (Deleting a banner deletes all statistics.)

Delete
Clicking this link will completely remove a banner from our records and delete all of that banner's statistics. If you no longer wish to display a particular banner, you are almost always better off de-activating it or modifying it to a different banner, so that you don't lose the statistics.

Modify banner
Same form as the Add new banner. It allows you to change the banner, linking URL, and alt text. When a banner is modified, the banner is de-activated and the statistics for the banner are not cleared.
