Table Size:
Once a table has been created, the size of the table and the number of cells in the table can be adjusted by using the "Table Size" feature. To access the Table Size feature, select the table you want to modify. Then click the
"Edit Table/Cell" icon and select "Table Size". This will bring up the Table Size window.

- Insert Row: By clicking the left "insert row" button, you will add a row of cells to the top of the table. Clicking the right "insert row" button will add a row of cells below the last row that has content in the table. (Note: If you have an empty row of cells at the bottom of the table, the newly inserted row will be inserted between the last row with content and the first row with no content. Note 2: When you add a row, the text "New Cell" will be included in the cells of the new row.)

- Insert Column: By clicking the left "insert column" button, you will add a column of cells to the left of the table. Clicking the right "insert column" button will add a column of cells to the left the last row that has content in the table. (Note: If you have an empty column of cells at the right of the table, the newly inserted column will be inserted between the last column with content and the first column with no content. Note 2: When you add a column, the text, "New Cell" will be included in the cells of the new column.)

- Increase/Decrease Rowspan: The "Increase/Decrease Rowspan" buttons allow you to combine or separate cells in a column. First select one of the cells you wish to combine with another cell. By clicking on the left "Increase/Decrease Rowspan" button, that cell will combine with the cell below it. (Warning: Any content in the cell below will be lost). If you have combined cells, but would now like to separate the cells again, you can do that with the right "Increase/Decrease Rowspan" button. First click in the cell that you wish to separate. Then click the right "Increase/Decrease Rowspan" button. The cell will be separated into 2 cells where the top cell is the height of 1 row and the bottom cell is the height of one or more rows depending on the size of the cell.

- Increase/Decrease Colspan: The "Increase/Decrease Colspan" buttons allow you to combine or separate cells in a row. First select one of the cells you wish to combine with another cell. By clicking on the left "Increase/Decrease Colspan" button, that cell will combine with the cell to the right of it. (Warning: Any content in the cell to the right will be lost). If you have combined cells, but would now like to separate the cells again, you can do that with the right "Increase/Decrease Colspan" button. First click in the cell that you wish to separate. Then click the right "Increase/Decrease Colspan" button. The cell will be separated into 2 cells where the right cell is the width of 1 column and the left cell is the width of one or more columns depending on the size of the cell.

- Delete Row and Delete Column:The Delete Row and Delete Column features allow you to delete entire rows or columns from the table. First click in on of the cells of the row or column you wish to delete. The click the "Delete Row" button if you want to delete the row or click the "Delete Column" button if you want to delete the column.
