Day 28 Update - Less than 24 hours
A few things to update you on…
Less than 24 hours remain before the conclusion of the marketing competition which the AIDS Clickathon is participating. This is the last time I’ll ask you to click and read the article in an effort to get the AIDS Clickathon into the finals.
The Christian and Missionary Alliance which is the parent denomination of Cypress Meadows Community Church which is the church overseeing Springs of Hope (got that
) was kind enough to post an article about the AIDS clickaon on their website. Read Online “Walkathon” Helps AIDS Victims
The Alliance is doing lots of great work all around the world to meet the physical and spirital needs of people, including those impacted by AIDS. Check out their homepage for articles and videos about that.
Last night I made a last ditch effort to try to network with some more sites and blogs that share our concern for children orphaned by AIDS. One really neat site is selling a photography book called Africa: Beginning a Journey. The photos are beautiful and procedes from the book go to support a charity helping children in Africa impacted by AIDS. It would make a great coffee table book that is certain help initiate conversations about the AIDS crisis in Africa.
